This data set is a central repository of GIS polygons representing the boundaries of incorporated municipalities in the state of Delaware. This data is intended to be used as a descriptive planning tool. Updates are based, in part, on OSPC's role in reviewing annexation proposals under Title 22, Delaware Code, Subsection 101, and also in conjunction with municipal government Comprehensive Planning efforts.
